Sage and Ivy wants you to be happy and satisfied with your products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sage and Ivy guarantees that you will receive your purchase within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. If Sage and Ivy exceeds this term of 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase without any (additional) costs.
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items please e-mail us at info@sageandivy.com within 10 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return form. In order to exchange or return you need to fill in this form. Then simply follow the instructions e-mailed to you and detailed below. For returns of faulty items please follow the same process.
-Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days
after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund.

- If you wish to exchange, please e-mail us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.

- If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service. In all cases of an exchange we will not charge you extra shipping costs for shipping the item(s) from Sage and Ivy to your delivery address.

-The exchange or return value is determined by the last retail price of the garment.

-We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

-Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than
your purchase price.

Items returned outside the above timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Sage and Ivy. Sage and Ivy will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag, you should notify us (by e-mail) on the same day if you wish to return. We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost. Any and all shipping charges related to returning the package to Sage and Ivy must be prepaid. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

How to proceed if you wish to exchange or return faulty goods
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please e-mail us at info@sageandivy.com within 10 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return form. In order to exchange or return, you need to fill in this form. Then simply follow the instructions e-mailed to you and detailed below. If we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free returns service. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 2 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

How do I use the free Sage and Ivy Collection Service?
The Sage and Ivy collection service is only applicable if we send a wrong or faulty item.
1.Submit a collection request via info@sageandivy.com

2.The confirmation you receive will tell you when the package will be collected. 

3.Enclose a copy of your invoice and a completed return form. 

4.Wrap your packet well.
5.We will send you an e-mail as soon as we have received the package. 


Receiving a refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). 

For further information, you can contact one of our customer service representatives. Simply send an e-mail to info@sageandivy.com with any questions you may have. 

Once your package has been received by our returns department, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail, to the address listed on your account, when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount
We are very sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please get in touch with our customer service. We will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable have to be taken into account

Have you received my returned goods?
As soon as your return has been processed, we'll email you to let you know.
In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our customer service and we'll get back to you as soon as possible (within 2 working days).

I returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced
We are really sorry if we made a mistake when processing your request!
If you were expecting a replacement and got a refund instead, this maybe because we were unable to exchange the item for what you wanted. In this instance we would automatically issue you with a refund so you have the choice to purchase whatever goods you want instead.
If you were expecting a refund and we sent you replacement goods, please get in touch with our customer service so we can sort it out for you.
