How do I know it will fit?
Sage and Ivy has European sizes which are the same as French sizes. Different countries have different sizing systems. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:
- A link to a 'size conversion chart' to help you convert international sizes, as well as
product measurements and a guide to using these.
- A 'size and fit ' section with further information on how the garment fits

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation. Please be aware that even though the product is in your shopping bag, it is not reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing. If an item you are interested in is out-of-stock, please mail info@sageandivy.com to inform us of your interest.

When will I be charged?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an
email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know
why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be
done to get the payment authorised. Please remember that even if a payment is not
authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you can't use it for
a short period.

Is ordering over the internet secure?
Safer than it's ever been. We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times, to ensure honest and truthful online transactions.
To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, Sageandivy.com employs Secure Sockets Layer v3 (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption. Once Sage and Ivy receives your order, it is decoded and processed.
Besides SSL encryption, PaySquare makes use of 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure represents an extra level of security for you when placing an order. It protects you against misuse of your credit card number, because you confirm your identity first, before you make the payment. Only if you are the legal owner can your credit card be used to make an internet payment.
We take every possible measure to ensure that business partners who receive information from us provide adequate protection for your data.


How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. In addition, an e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may also check the status of your order by visiting My Sage and Ivy on the menu bar at the top of any page. Once you are signed in to your account using your e-mail address and password, click in the My Sage and Ivy menu on Orders to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. From here you can check your order status. Please note that for your security a record of your transaction is kept on sageandivy.com: your credit card details are not held on the website.

How can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make modifications to the order including cancellations.


How will I know you have received my order?
After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you've ordered are not in stock. If this occurs, the full amount of the invoice is returned to your (credit card) account.


Can I order by phone?
Yes orders can be placed by phone. Call on work days +31 (0)40787 3402 from 9.00 am till 1.00 pm CET. We are glad to advise you and make sure you will find products that are perfect for you.

How can I convert foreign currency?
Sage and Ivy calculates with Euro and does not have a currency converter. We advise you to use a currency converter on the internet to convert the price in the prefered currency.
The website is slow in processing my order. What should I do?

We vigilantly monitor our website for errors and performance. First, make sure the problem is not on your end. Second, give it a few minutes and try again. If that doesn't help, send an e-mail to info@sageandivy.com, and we'll get in touch with you.

Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious or out of the ordinary regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

I have received a faulty item
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us via email at info@sageandivy.com
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you. If we find that the item is indeed faulty the free Sage and Ivy Collection Service will apply.

I have received an incorrect item in my order
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting us via email at info@sageandivy.com. If we find that the item is indeed faulty the free Sage and Ivy Collection Service will apply.

An item is missing from my order
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn’t, please send us an email immediately at info@sageandivy.com.
Let us know the Order Number and the Product Code or Product Name of the item you wanted, and we'll look into it

Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
